Use Case 3C Unify : Imaging Center
A patient is being referred for a CT of the chest and needs to be seen tomorrow. The CT with contrast requires prior authorization by insurance company. The patient has diabetes and is over the age of 70 and requires blood lab work to be done. Scan results abnormal and needs to be discussed with the primary provider. The referring provider and imaging center are on separate EMR systems but both using MS O365 Teams.
